A bunch of Family Fun!!!

We have some amazing friends in our ward! Some of them even keep bees and are willing to show my kids how the honey is collected! The kids were a little scared when I told them we were going to the Porters to look at their bees, but they had a blast and we have been eating the best honey ever!!!

We have never been to the fair here and since this could be the last year that we live in easten Idaho :o( we thought that we would give it a try! The kids loved the animals and the junk food.

Noah won a gold fish. We let the kids play because we were sure that they wouldn't win one (you know how games at the fair are) but what do you know, lucky us he won!

Here we are in American Falls feeding the fish. The kids had so much fun. The fish would eat out of your hands and Noah loved it. The girls thought that it was awesome, but didn't want to pet any fish.

We went to the dam in American Falls. We had a ton of fun, and Matt enjoyed watching me as he climbed on rocks and tried to climb the train bridge (I wouldn't let him) I know I am mean but my heart can only take so much!

We also went over to Chesterfield (a little old pioneer village) It was fun, and the kids could not believe that people once lived like that :o)

We had a really fun ward camp out! The spot was perfect. So much so that we are going to have girls camp there next year... yes we are already planning girls camp.

Oh ya, I know that you want one! So do we. It was crazy. Owen was the only one of our kids to go all the way around. He was so brave. (I think that if we get to move by Matt's brother one of these will be in the works)

We have had an amazing summer and are ready to move on to fall. Life is crazy busy, stressful, too much to do and not enough time, but we are trying to enjoy these last months as students. It's been tons of fun playing in the gem state and we love it here. Matt is about to start his 4th rotation and his P4 seminar is right around the corner. We are just hoping to make it through these next few months!

6 months :o)

I am now 6 months along. Time is going by fast! I'm not sure how much longer I can ride this thing! I keep feeling like I'm falling forward :o)

Libbie's 5!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIBBIE.

This shirt is from Great Grandma, who has the best taste in clothes! The kids are always so excited because she always picks out the best!!! I think Libbie had this shirt on for three days ;o)Libbie wanted to go to a movie, so the family went to UP. She did not like it, wanted to go home, and then after it was over and knew everything worked out jumped up and down and asked if we could buy it! Dad went out early and got her, her favorite breakfast! Owen was just as happy about it as Libbie was.

Our tiny Libbie is still tiny (she still fits into some size 2T stuff) but she is now "all grown up"
Libbie wanted a princess, littlest petshop, animal, bug, along with a few other themes. We told her she had to pick just one so she picked princess.

Here is Libbies cake. It is a white and purple checker board cake on the inside.

Aunt Regan and Aaron did it again and got Libbie a hello kitty scrap book set. She is still in love with it and takes it with her all over the place.

Libbie had to put her pary off for a few days so on her birthday the kids and i took her to this cute little kids place and she got her nails done. She LOVED it.

She is growing up so fast. Makes me want to cry. She is not going to start school this year (I am very happy about this) The teacher at the school said she was really ready when we took her in, but she is so shy and tiny we thought that we would keep her out this year. I love that I get another year with her and that she can be a big help to me when the baby is born! She is such a joy to have in our family! We love you Libbie!!!

It's A Boy!!

We found out last Thursday that we are having a boy! We are so happy. We really didn't care if we had a boy or a girl. The kids thought that we should have a boy so Owen would have a buddy when Libbie goes to school next year. We had tons of girl names and no boy names, so Matt and I thought it would be a boy. We are so happy he is healthy and doing so well. We feel like we can relax and enjoy the rest of the pregnancy! There is another new post below :o)

First day of School

Summer is over and school is here. How sad!!! The kids have great teachers this year so we are way happy about that. Libbie and Owen miss Noah and Emma a bunch, and so does Mom!

This is Matt's LAST first day of school picture. He really didn't want to get in the picture but I made him. It's crazy to think that he is at the end of all his schooling! I am so proud of him and thankful for all his hard work!
Each year we do a first day of school cake. I didn't know what our cake should look like this year. Matt told me to do a crayon. I was really happy that it only has 2 colors of frosting!!!

A weekend away

We have had so much fun this last weekend! Now that the kids are getting older, going away for the weekend with them is so much easier! We went to parks, planet kid, chuck e cheese, the mall, looked at houses and played in the pool. No one wanted to go home. Anyway here is a few pictures (we really didn't take as much as we should have)
Here is Emma and Noah playing one of my favorite games, air hockey! Emma on a horse. Every girl there had to have a turn on this one.

Libbie so happy to be in the pool. It's a bit foggy because it was so HOT in there. It was 104 that day and the sun shines right in on the pool.
Here are the kids in our hotel room. I think that they would be happy to just go anywhere and stay in a hotel for a few days and do nothing else. They are so cute. Emma told me she loved that I didn't have to make beds everyday, I loved that too!
Here are the kids at Planet Kid. Owen didn't like to walk on this type of floor and just when Matt got him ok with the idea of it his foot fell through and he was not very happy.

We made it through our trip, never getting lost (thankyou to the garmin) doing everything we wanted too. No one got sick, we never went to the ER. We got to see some of Matts family at a picinic and it was so fun to see them. It was the perfect weekend away!

I'm pregnant :o) Matt and I are so excited (as are our kids). It has been a stressful 14 weeks. We have had weekly ultrasounds and appointments to make sure that everything is going well. I just had my last weekly appointment and then I go back in two weeks, then I get to go monthly until 34 weeks. It has been so much fun to have an ultrasound every week and watch the amazing growth of our little baby from kidney bean to human :o) I think that every pregnant women should get the chance, Matt and I had so much fun! It has been stressful worrying we may loose another little one, the kids have been praying everyday and it has really made our family stronger. This is my 8th pregnancy and there was no hope of hiding it any longer! Even my cute little young women thought that I was pregnant, well that or I ate way to much chocolate :o)

4th of July

Noah and I built a few little houses to blow up with black cats. It was awesome!

We tried a few things out on the house before we used a black cat.
